THREE SHEETS DOUBLE WITT  |  7.2%

Traditional notes of a Belgian Witt beer, but packing an ABV of 7.2%.  The aroma of this beer has a bouquet of earthy characteristics and a light flavor profile with a balanced spice finish.  Subtle notes of citrus are present from the orange peel added along with additions of coriander and grains of paradise.

CUTLASS GERMAN LAGER  |  5.2%

A pale golden German lager that showcases a light malt sweetness balanced with subtle floral hop aroma.  The use of Pils malt and Noble hops make this a well-balanced and easy drinking beer with a clean crisp finish.

DEVIL’S SON IPA  |  6.5%

Well-balanced India Pale Ale that immediately hits you with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and a subtle malty sweetness.  A light bready malt character allows the resinous profile of the hops to shine through.  Citra is used heavily in the whirlpool addition and this beer is double dry hopped with Falconers Flight and citra.

SCALLYWAG SESSION IPA  |  4.9%

A light American Wheat beer that has ruthless additions of Centennial and Columbus hops in the whirlpool and dry hopping.  The aroma is a bright mix of pine and citrus with a dank resin flavor profile that finishes clean off the palate.

BLACK SPOT BLACK LAGER  |  5.3%

This is a beer that breaks stereotypes. Dark in color, similar to a stout, however you will find this beer has a crisp refreshing finish without astringent roast or cloying sweetness. At 5.3% ABV this is a refreshing lager that people who do not “like dark beer” will find themselves enjoying.

PEG LEG CHOCOLATE PORTER  |  5.2%

The aroma graces you with rich chocolate, coffee and herbaceous hop notes.  This beer provides a full mouthfeel character with enticing pale chocolate and toffee notes that round out the malt profile.  The finish of the beer leaves a touch of resinous floral  character contributed by the Willamette hops used.

TEACHES PEACHES PEACH WHEAT ALE  |  4.9%

Light-bodied American wheat ale with we more than 80 pounds each of peach and apricot puree.   The payoff is an aroma that pops with an intentionally subtle balance of the two.  The light bodied nature of this beer allows the fruit characters to shine through with a crisp finish.  At 5% ABV, this beer drinks easy, and is pleasantly refreshing.

CUT’EM TO PIECES PALE ALE  |  5.8%

Copious amounts of orange peel and Amarillo hops used in the whirlpool give a unique citrus zest like flavor and aroma.

PRIME MERIDIAN DOUBLE IPA  |  7.7%

This Double IPA is unapologetic in nature, just as Blackbeard himself.  Copious amounts of Bravo, Centennial, and Columbus were used in the whirlpool and dry hop for this beer.  The pronounced aroma is comprised of resinous pine character along with hints of tropical orange zest.  The malt profile is medium bodied with subtle caramel undertones that allow the hop profile to be showcased and finishes with a crisp hop character.

QUEEN ANNE’S BLONDE ALE  |  4.8%

An unobtrusive light bodied, well-balanced ale that is designed to have a subtle citrus finish by using Cascade and Lemondrop hop varieties in moderation and adding orange peel to the whirlpool.  Lower ABV makes this a delightful beer to easily enjoy more than one.

BELGIAN BLONDE  |  7.2%

Pleasant and delicate malt aromatics are followed by subtle earthy notes in the flavor profile.  Coriander and grains of paradise contribute to balance the spice notes in the finish.

CANNON FIRE AMBER  |  5.7%

A hop forward Amber with a pleasant foresty aroma and follows with a clean malt profile that finishes with light toasty notes from using pale chocolate malt.
