A light-bodied ale with wheat malt character. We add 80 lbs. of peach and apricot puree, and the payoff is an aroma that pops with an intentionally subtle balance of the two. The light nature of this beer allows the fruit characters to shine through with a slightly tart finish.
BLACK SPOT BLACK LAGER | 5.3%
This is a beer that breaks the stereotype. Dark in color, similar to a stout, however you will find this beer has a crisp refreshing finish without the astringent roast or cloying sweetness. This is a refreshing lager that people who do or don’t “like dark beer” will find themselves enjoying!
PISTOL PROOF GERMAN LAGER | 5.2%
A pale golden German lager that showcases a light malt sweetness balanced with subtle floral hop aroma. The use of Pils malt and Noble hops make this a well-balanced and easy drinking beer with a clean crisp finish.
DEVIL’S SON IPA | 6.5%
Well-balanced India Pale Ale that immediately hits you with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and a subtle malty sweetness. A light bready malt character allows the resinous profile of the hops to shine through. Citra is used heavily in the whirlpool addition and this beer is double dry hopped with Falconers Flight and citra.
